Mentorship and growth - thoughtful feedback, chances to stretch into strategy. Flexibility - results-focused, remote-friendly, healthy expectations.

      Inconvénients

      Not really. Covering multiple "verticals" in terms of subjects and different growth opportunities demands good time management. But this always excited me.
