      Abusive management makes gets you used to hardships Learn to working under subpar conditions

      Inconvénients

      Inept founders, know 0 about software, challenge what they don't understand. Force people to laugh at their jokes (Jesse and Atin get insecure and mad when you don't laugh at an unoriginal pun they made), seems like company is set up to pad their already padded resumes

      Avantages

      The product is good, and the direction they are going in will definitely bring rewards.

      Inconvénients

      The timezones are difficult to maneuver. Tooo many meetings everyday (sometimes all day) leaving little to no time to actually work. And then the expectation to work after hours to catch up. It is definitely a startup, and the hours speak accordingly.

      - Good Salary. - You can work first half with no interference, meetings/feedback happen later on. - Deeply experience focused design (In-house product) - Professional workplace and peers. - Great design system.

      Inconvénients

      - Startup with workload - Late nights for Indian folk - Permanent remote has its timezone drawbacks - Less chance to learn/train from peers - Less leaves than average
