Avantages
Flexible scheduling as long as they aren't too busy or too slow. Easy work. Only requires the ability to type, listen and sit still. Incentives allow you to occasionally make extra.
Inconvénients
Despite putting on a caring face, they really don't care for any employees outside of a long-standing clique. The bosses sit in isolated corners and rooms, while everyone else must sit in rows together. Even during new outbreaks, there's nothing separating you from your peers, and even if the building is nearly empty, people will come sit right next to you. You're close enough that you can smell your coworkers' breath. Due to a high turn over, aggressive hiring, low requirements and incentives to work in-office, it's always crowded by a roulette of strange faces pulled off the street. Get ready to sit next to people who have no personal tact or common decency.
