Avantages
-"Free" training that's legitimately in-depth -Provided hardware/infrastructure (laptops, etc.) isn't cheap -Free accommodations during training -Generally friendly staff
Inconvénients
-A complete "fend-for-yourself" affair if you are cut from the training early with no opportunities for other positions within the company -Unpaid training, must pay for flight yourself if necessary; you're not even considered an employee until you've completed their training -Training not meant for those without prior experience, DESPITE heavily assuring those without said experience could actually survive the curriculum -Cheap accommodations; force you to pair with a roommate, for better or (most of the time) worse even if you were checked-in solo/had a roommate that left the program -No organization and misleading practices -Incredibly low starting salaries for this field in IT--we're talking about 40K or so lower than the industry average Like another post pointed out, look at all of the fraudulent "reviews" posted within the same day. This is a relatively unknown, low-key corporation despite their claims for "success" of their Fasttrack'd program. Be smart and seek a reputable company with resources, quality training with pay (reduced or otherwise), and a better head on its shoulders in terms of vision, structure, and overall organization.
