Avantages
The people that work here are some of the nicest I have ever worked with, every single person I have met in the company has been friendly and with a good attitude. The cafeteria is great. It's nice to get a warm meal for such a low price every day. There's a lot of work, but if you are organized you should be able to get it done within reasonable work hours. Work-life balance is very good. Compared to my previous experience, I have felt that my work is really appreciated and I get a lot of feedback on how to improve. The continued education opportunities are also great to keep developing as a professional.
Inconvénients
The parent company is currently undergoing a lot of restructuring and that trickles down to all Cook companies and creates a certain level of uncertainty.
