Well most recently the head sent down a message likening the current implementation of our new ERP system to the battles at Normandy. This has really upset many of the veterans that work here by comparing a historic battle to the current stress filled train wreck of a new system that was not fully developed after 2.5 years of working on it. This statement was made with no apology, it's like they are hoping everyone will forget it was said, but it is in writing and in every mail box across the company...its not going away. Another stab to the eye would be the forthcoming emergency inventory to rectify stock issues since the implementation of the new system. Employees are expected to give up the 3 day weekend and miss celebrating the 4th of July with there families.... we have sacrificed enough for this company since the start of the Covid and now into the implementation of a broken system. Many of us managers and supervisors have not gotten anything but more stress for working through the covid and we are ready to throw in the towel. If the manager pay was more like the industry standard I and others may be willing to dedicate ourselves a little more, but if I was still a supervisor or lower I would look elsewhere for more family oriented company's.
