Your insights regarding the long hours and high call volume are important, and we understand how challenging that can be. We have mental health support through many channels to support our game changers. Our mental wellness partner, Momentum, is one of them. You can reach out directly to them at 0800 22 9355. We appreciate your suggestion for onsite or virtual therapy support, we do have a nurse on site who you can visit anytime. Mental well-being is a priority, and we are actively exploring ways to provide additional resources for our team.       Avantages

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Inconvénients

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Avantages

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Inconvénients

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
