      Avantages

      Having a work from home position was great, but it came with a price too... my sanity.

      Inconvénients

      Training was abysmal, short and convoluted. When training was over, support was minimal, if not nil. You are constantly moved around from project to project on an "as needed" basis, so don't get comfortable. Most managers can't give you the time of day because they are outnumbered 100:1 and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The gaslighting managers are absolutely infuriating, and we're supposed to just obey.

      We’re sorry to hear about your concerns with your managers. That’s the opposite experience we want our staff to have. We hold staff to high standards when it comes to how we treat each other and, our leadership teams are no exception. Also, we do ask for honest unfiltered reviews periodically on Glassdoor because we truly do value all staff feedback, whether positive or negative. We understand we're not perfect which is why it's important to us that we stay in the know about how staff members feel and why we value reviews like yours so much.       - Weekly coaching with your direct superviosor - open communication for any change in schedules - opportunity to move up or change positions

      Inconvénients

      - low PTO accruance per paycheck - haven't run into many cons yet

      Avantages

      The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

      Inconvénients

      For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
