      Avantages

      Nice people, newer office.

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. Pay wasn't competitive, management is inexperienced and pays no attention to most of the employees. Lost millions of dollars in client business and told us by email. Office gossip is the main way to learn things. Benefits are non-existent and they screw up paychecks regularly. Never paid a 401k match they claim to offer.

      Avantages

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Inconvénients

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
