      Avantages

      None. Unless u call in sick or tardy. u won’t get in trouble.

      Inconvénients

      Management is unprofessional, we don’t get our breaks, there isn’t time to give quality care to our patients, management doesn’t let u advance, Hispanic workers are paid way less than white or Asian workers. Our doctor is married & screwing one of the MA’s that left.

      Avantages

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Inconvénients

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
