      Avantages

      You get to take on a lot of responsibility that you might not get at a larger company. Meaningful work. Base pay is pretty good.

      Inconvénients

      Poor work life balance. Company is not doing well financially. Very poor bonuses. Stock has been doing poorly for years and options are near worthless.

      Most of the people are good to work with

      Inconvénients

      They expect you to save money, but they pay for executive level people to travel to Chandler site when a video conference would suffice.
