      Avantages

      The people at the Chandler facility are great & I love working with them.

      Inconvénients

      There were recent deep layoffs. However within 3 weeks the Corporate office hired 3 new Executive level officers. How does this make sense?

      Some departments are severely understaffed Typical large corporation red tape to get through to get things done.

      Most of the people are good to work with

      Inconvénients

      They expect you to save money, but they pay for executive level people to travel to Chandler site when a video conference would suffice.
