      Avantages

      Lots of PTO Actually Entry level work You almost are never held over on the clock

      Inconvénients

      You'll pull the weight of low performers on your team frequently Raises are insultingly low, also too far too few between Upward mobility only exists if you want to be a people manager

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
