      Avantages

      The job is good to enter the IT industry. Oveall great people to speak with and proper training that you might use in the future if you stay in the insdustry, there will be bad apples like any employer but it evens out with great people that you can talk with.

      Inconvénients

      Not many, but pay could be one of them, beggining pay does seem to be relatively low for the type of job.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
