      Avantages

      WFH option is there No issues with leaves Twice a week connect with manager - which is good

      Inconvénients

      Lay Offs are common Manager won't give you proper feedback He connects with you but don't tell you where to improve yourself There are one on one sessions with manager But he/she will not help you with your goals KRA/KPI are not properly discussed No job security Fellow colleagues complain about you if they don't like you

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
