      Well established process and infrastructure to provide managed services and IT support to customers.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation was not a strong point. Salary levels lower then many comparable roles elsewhere.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
