Avantages

There is no pro that I can say to work here besides it helps build your resume.

Inconvénients

No Pay Raise in 5 years after excellent performance. Benefits cut down to one plan only that is not worth it. No Sick Days and very limited PTO.

Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

Inconvénients

Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
