      Very low pay Bad benefits Micro management They have you working at least 3 contracts They never give raises and if they do happen to give you a raise it will be $.25

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
