      Avantages

      A lot of free training available. Great co-workers. Good for learning and experience on hardware and software support.

      Inconvénients

      Absolutely no appreciation from management on how hard associates work. They only care about each accounts gross margin. No increases in pay for over 5 years. Bonuses are pretty much non existent. It's a boys club, so if you're not male don't bother working for them.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
