      Avantages

      Flexible and not too stressful. Good starting point because you will touch a lot of things.

      Inconvénients

      Paid to a certain level at start but no increase after. Management doesn't see the investment in their employees. No long term vision.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
