      Avantages

      Compucom may be an okay place to start if you are just out of school... if you are desperate

      Inconvénients

      Compucom has no room for growth, no pay raises in 5+ years. Management is abusive and / or incompetent. They always react putting out fires, never thinking ahead. Compensation is low end of the scale for the roles you are asked to perform. You can change roles but your title is always the same and, it is a "lateral move" with no changes in salary but always more work. I have not had a review in the 5+ years I have worked here. This place is a revolving door.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
