      Avantages

      Excellent talent and strong management in certain areas. Concerted improvement efforts being made in several areas. Plenty of upside exists.

      Inconvénients

      Cohesive strategy lacking or at least details aren't well communicated, executed, or followed. Lack of competitive pay, pay increases, and bonuses are a real issue. Many organizations operating independently while some are seemingly ignored. Has the feel of a mom and pop shop rather than an established and efficient company.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
