Avantages
The work is steady. If you can tolerate the cons, you can dig yourself a nice comfortable rut here.
Inconvénients
There have been no pay raises or cost of living increases for the workers in many, many years. Morale is extremely low and management consistently blames this on poor employee attitudes. Employees are being paid in 2004 wages while the higher-ups are rewarded with bonuses and pay increases regularly. Meanwhile employees are treated as if they are faceless and expendable (which they basically are, considering that most tech processes are completely automated by scripts and most other jobs at this site are warehouse labor). The building is poorly maintained, the benefits get slashed yearly, and there is no advancement potential here AT ALL.
