      Avantages

      - Some flexibility on creating your work schedule - Work at your own pace - Friendly, knowledgeable coworkers/leads/managers - Great doorway to learn essential skills into the IT industry (systems/networking/cabling/printers/point-of-sale/security/etc)

      Inconvénients

      - Traveling requires personally-owned vehicle (but mileage reimbursed at a percentage based on location) - Small wage increase (inquired a raise after two years and a good performance review -- received a 1% increase)

      Avantages

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
