Avantages
My direct managers and colleagues are good to very good and do seem to care. Benefits are on par with most companies, including vaca, 401k, health (just ok). I support another client and do not support CompuCom directly. There are a number of new and tenured employees at CompuCom, which I think is good. Above avg level of corp communication. CC has some nice facilities to work in and embraces remote work as well. The culture is positive and rather modern. (CC is being acquired....google it)
Inconvénients
Upper management is heavy (or so it seems based on the frequent announcements) and departmentalized. (This may shift with the acquisition) I think this impacts CompuCom's ability to compete nimbly and satisfy the needs of all clients. If you must lean towards a health plan HSA for employees then at least keep the annual cap realistic - we're not all VPs after all...
