      Jornadas de 40 horas, 30 días de aguinaldo.

      Inconvénients

      De los 14,000 realmente recibes 10,000, porque hay muchas retenciones. Hay mucho nepotismo y es practicamente imposible crecer si no eres amigo de alguien. Los Senior Managers son intocables. Están blendeando mucho y eso hace que se haya convertido en un call center B2B

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises
