Avantages

Great product to sell! Great insurance, but cost is medium to high for employees. Leads are provided. I loved my coworkers.

Inconvénients

No recognition for top sales reps. Unfortunately, sales reps are looked down on here. Low commission paid on sales. Top reps can only make $50,000 at best. Management does not listen to employees.

Avantages

Compdata offers great career and professional development opportunities. This is evident as my role and responsibilities are growing and have been since I started there in May of 2013. Another positive is that I believe in the product and future of this organization. I can see myself working here for many years and I see this company continuing to succeed. I also feel that I am a vital member to the team. This belief is derived from upper management asking my opinion, increasing my responsibilities and sending me to events to represent the company. These are just a few of the many pros Compdata has to offer. For these reasons, I would highly recommend a career at Compdata to my peers.

Inconvénients

Lack of companywide events. Slower decision making and risk taking than other companies.

Good people, great staff to work with

Inconvénients

Low pay scale, terrible commission, for most of my time there it had very old cheap equipment that broke regularly
