      Avantages

      Collaborative environment. It feels really good when you get a deal across the line…. With that being said be aware of the sales cycle here.

      Inconvénients

      One of the least lucrative sales comps I’ve ever seen. It is a TON of work and you can make the company millions of dollars in any given year to be paid very little all things compared. Sales pros should avoid this org at all costs.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Inconvénients

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Avantages

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Inconvénients

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
