      Amazing culture, leadership that actually cares about you, work life balance was good

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes felt micro-managed (not often), poor choices in technology change that led to lower conversion

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Inconvénients

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Avantages

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Inconvénients

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
