• Colleagues are generally very pleasant. Great place to make friends • Very easy job, takes no skill whatsoever
Inconvénients
• Fed usual interview promises of upward mobility within the company, yet they recently hired 2 new managers from outside. • Expectation for those wishing to be promoted is *flawless* attendance, even though current management is late frequently and nothing has been done about it. • They were intending to keep us at work til close the night that the big Texas Winter Storm came, even though some of us live 1+ hour away. Precipitation was beginning to fall and the temperature was closing in on freezing and they still only let us leave an hour early. • Tl;dr, management pretends to have our best interests at heart, but frequently sabotages us, and it is evident that they are primarily concerned with their bottom line.
