Avantages
Owner is cool and sometimes tries to connect with low-level employees. Some Project Managers know what they're doing and don't have an attitude.
Inconvénients
Upper and Middle management are terrible. They give ZERO F's about the "lower" level employees. They just dump the work on the techs and expect it to be done without any pushback. They don't understand the workings of how things actually get done...Ignorance is bliss. Most of the Project Managers are clueless, sloppy and lazy. They hand off bad artwork and work orders clueless to the fact that miracles don't happen and then give attitude when there is pushback. Simply put, it's laziness; they can pick up the phone or email the client to clarify information but they only do it as the last step in a long process of problem reports which they complain about also. No effort with this company to increase any positive vibes. It's just a pit of despair. I'm surprised some of the Upper Management hasn't been hit with lawsuits for hostile work environment because i've personally experienced it and have heard multiple accounts of others experiencing it.
