      Avantages

      I love the people I work with. When times get tough we're all looking for ways to help each other both complete a task and make the process better.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits could be better and some of us are wearing multiple hats. The thing about wearing multiple hats is that you learn alot!!! And if you can apply what you learn then you can turn that negative into a positive.

      Fantastic company to work for!!! The owner gave it the best he could

      Avantages

      You don't have to have a degree to work there and it used to be a place you could make money. Their well is drying up and fast though.

      Inconvénients

      At this point it's clear that they are going out of business. They weren't able to obtain the Department of Education contract so they do not have much to offer as far as paper to collect on. They attempted to sub contract with another agency, but that fell through once they realized what CTi had to offer. They blamed it on the Department of ED and still everyone knows what really happened they bailed once they saw CTi was a joke. They constantly lie to employees trying to get the morale up, but no one believes anything they say anymore; including that we're still vying for the contract. They are going out of business soon anyway so soon there will not be any cons to write about.
