Upper Management gives employees ability to make their own decisions and run there jobs in the way they see fit. They let the people doing the job help determine the best way to get things done.
Inconvénients
It is a very high paced environment and it can be a sink or swim time atmosphere. If you have a good work effort and want to succeed, there is plenty of opportunity.

Plenty of work and you get to work from home.
Inconvénients
There is not any procedures in place to properly execute your job. Management clearly advises they do not have time to provide you with the guidance you need to succeed. There is definitely conflict of interest so please be aware. Please be sure to get everything in writing never go with just Word of mouth. You will be overworked and underpaid.
