      Effectively a body-shop rather than an IT Services partner. Very little effective internal communication. Very Asian-minded. Out-dated offices and facilities. Little independence from Delhi HQ in many matters.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
