      Avantages

      Less work pressure, flexibility of timings. Whenever required there is no problem in getting leaves for personal work.

      Inconvénients

      Dont have much challenging projects. Not consistent in getting new projects. Bias in treating different employees. Not much learning opportunities.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Inconvénients

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
