Avantages
Provides you a lot of one on one student interaction and in fact teaches you a lot about coding yourself when students asks questions which give you different perspective on same question.
Inconvénients
It can get slow sometimes with less students signing up but overall a great experience. I really enjoyed it while I worked part-time.
