      Avantages

      My experience with the company has been positive overall. The team environment is friendly and supportive, and there are good opportunities to work on real projects and learn from experienced colleagues. For freshers and early-career employees, it can be a good place to gain practical exposure and understand how work happens in a fast-moving environment. Management and team leads are approachable, and employees are encouraged to take ownership of their work. The company also provides good facilities, including food and a comfortable work setup, which makes the day-to-day work experience better.

      Inconvénients

      No major cons from my experience so far. I'm super happy with Codewave.

      Avantages
