      Not the best HR practices There’s A LOT of issues regarding internal organization and troubleshooting They have a tendency of letting people go with no previous notice Pay is not the best for internal staff

      Avantages

      The whole team is very passionate about its mission. They are very open on hearing feedback and giving the extra step for its customers. The culture is very flexible, no assigned hours, home-office, etc. On top of that they executive team is always concerned on making sure that the whole team is happy and growing in their position.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes they lack the structure of a corporation.
