      Avantages

      Interesting stuff to learn and design. Good team (department). Work flexibility.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not great at all. Other departments work in their own silos (as if hey are sub-Cochlear) showing less care for others. Office space is tight and loud even with not many people present on site. Code of office conduct at its low. Parking problem.

      Good benefits, company matching for 401k

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment where we are required to work overtime to meet project deadlines but are not compensated fairly. Bonuses are not always paid out even for stellar performance.
