      Nice co-workers, and decent culture within teams

      Inconvénients

      Biogtry during hiring process. manager was completely unprofessional and this carried on into work culture. Do not ignore red flags when scouting the role. Incredible company otherwise, but suffers from bad treatment and unprofessionalism under the guise of a being a long term 'start-up' i.e cut corners. Do your due diligence before committing to a role.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment where we are required to work overtime to meet project deadlines but are not compensated fairly. Bonuses are not always paid out even for stellar performance.
