      Avantages

      Great company to work for, you basically manage your own schedule. They are understanding if you can only work lesser hours (eg. have some personal stuff to take care of).

      Inconvénients

      You can burn out quickly, but that is on you.

      Avantages

      I get to work when I want to and I always aim for the peak hours because that’s when you’ll get the most texts once you figure that out you can make pretty do some money

      Inconvénients

      I only wish we could get paid sooner than a month lol but that’s OK. It’s not really a con. You just have to budget. That’s all.
