Avantages

1. It's better than WITCH service-based companies 2. 3 days of work from home

Inconvénients

1. What shocked me the most was that CitiusTech is a bodyshop, not a consulting company. They don't build and deliver software to their clients, they provide staff to work alongside the client's in-house team (team augmentation). I thought they were a specialist healthcare consultant but they aren't. They are just a plain old bodyshop! Furthermore, I have never believed in the bodyshopping business model. 2. Generally companies give 7 - 10 days to candidates to respond to an offer letter after releasing it. However, CitiusTech gives just 1 day to review the offer letter. This is a big red flag. 3. CitiusTech doesn't have a probation policy. Imagine that, there is no probation period but there is a 90 day notice period. So once you join, there is no way to leave quickly if things don't work out. This is a huge red flag for candidates. 4. During the 3rd round of interview, they asked for information about marks scored in Grade 10 and Grade 12 and what school you studied in. How is that relevant to the job? A massive red flag. 5. The onus is on the employee to find a project and get deployed on it which is very strange. They fire people if they aren't deployed to a project within 90 days even though it isn't their fault. The staffing team is not good enough given the importance of their role. 6. Being on the bench is an agonizing experience. I have never heard of his concept where a person can be employed and be jobless at the same time.
