      Flexibilité du travail. Congés payés illimités. La plupart des employés sont décontractés et sympathiques.

      Inconvénients

      Les avantages sociaux ne sont pas terribles. Presque personne n'a eu d'augmentation en deux ans. L'entreprise semble extrêmement désorganisée.

      Avantages

      Free EV charging. Well lit parking lot with only 2-5 potholes. Bathrooms (for both sexes!). Air conditioned offices. Unlimited hand sanitizer and staples.

      Inconvénients

      Low growth opportunities. Stagnant middle management. Cost cutting campaign trumps attempts to innovate. Offshoring is now the way.
