Avantages
Worked with Aricent for Around 1 Year. 1. Flexible Timings. 2. Good Team Environment. 3. Decent Salary (Average Industry Standard) 4. Personal/Professional Life Balance is good.
Inconvénients
1. Managers are not Mature. 2. Promotion is simply based on years of experience you put in your company. Not because of your hard-work. 3. Promotion / Onsite / Salary Hike all based on your relation with Manager. 4. HR Comes in to picture only when you resign. You will only get Promotion/Onsite/Salary Increment when you asked for It, not when you performed good. It was just Hard Luck i ended with as such a Manager who was an immature one. (Became Manager at 6 year experience only, So you can assume the kind of exposure she has)
