      Diverse areas in which Aricent works. Work life balance is good particular if your manager is good. Less politics in the company. HR Shared services is good as compared to other companies.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is not at par with the kind of work you do. Growth is limited given random decisions taken by upper management.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
