Avantages

Decent health benefits, paid time off and vacation time.

Inconvénients

Processes for doing simple tasks are miss managed. Very poor management, most managers don’t know how to speak to people and are inconsiderate, spiteful, and hostile towards their underlings. If your name is not on the door or you are top management (usually consisting of made up titles don’t even bother sharing an opinion on anything.) Rarely any performance bonus is ever paid. Salary increments is even worse than government company.

Avantages

Supportive coworkers, some flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to gain experience across different areas of business. Benefits are adequate, though there is room for improvement.

Inconvénients

Compensation is not always competitive with the market and does not keep pace with industry standards. Company culture could be improved, particularly around consistency and transparency in decision making. Recent reductions in WFH flexibility have impacted company morale. There is also perception among some employees that opportunities and treatment can vary between teams and individuals.
