      Avantages

      Great opportunity to learn the consulting business. Initial training and opportunities were positive. As time went on, shortsighted management and lack of planning caused people to lose faith and leave.

      Inconvénients

      No empathy toward employees. They just hired people when they needed them and fired them when they didn't. No loyalty and no desire to grow their people.

      Avantages

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
