      Avantages

      Part of TCS joined as a contractor. Good work pay. Good hours of work. There were was no much interaction with CMC except for salary details. On time pay.

      Inconvénients

      The only problem was the idea of TCS time sheets vs work hours paid with CMC. Sometimes a gap causes the employee to forfeit pay which happened in my case.

      Avantages

      If you put in your share of the work, you’ll be OK. Positive points are given for the somewhat relaxed atmosphere, laissez-faire management style, and being able to browse the web. You’ll also meet many good people along the way.

      Inconvénients

      Minimal praise and promotions are offered. Good feedback is recognized to a degree but not rewarded directly. The skills learned here are not easily transferred to applications elsewhere. There is little growth potential in this role and within the company.
