      Avantages

      Flexibility, bonus possibilities, wonderful physicians that offer beneficial advice, cares about the growth of the company, takes cares of their employees, monthly meetings with a paid dinner for the staff, well known organization with room for growth, not micromanaged

      Inconvénients

      Salary could be a bit better, benefits are pricey

      Avantages

      Large group ran by a small central team so it was easy to voice an issues or opportunities to improve. All group meetings were very nice and Dr Nagda made the organization feel like his family. The office staff was always warm and friendly. They were always trying to improve outcomes and processes for better patient care. Great work-life balance for all staff.

      Inconvénients

      Slow follow through and sometimes hard to get in contact with upper management. Not always the most competitive offer on the market for compensation.
