      - Offers training and RBT credential - my case was close to my home - I felt that I was making a different in the child's life that I worked with - Supervisor was always available to answer questions

      Inconvénients

      Can seem unorganized at times and delayed with getting goals on to the data collection system

      Flexible schedule, part time, work with clients at their home

      Inconvénients

      Don’t get paid mileage unless it’s to cover someone else’s shift.

      Avantages

      They are pretty flexible but perhaps I’ve been lucky. The families I have worked with have been flexible. You have to make up any hours you miss which is a good thing.

      Inconvénients

      Things get lost in translation. Definitely need more training for new employees. Pay can be better. Driving from home to home can be an issue depending on the distance from one place to the other.
